The state of Oregon is getting a new eProcurement system that will be the statewide solution for all state agencies. This new tool, OregonBuys, replaces the Oregon Procurement Information Network (ORPIN).

 

 

OregonBuys is a full procure-to-pay eProcurement solution that automates procurement processes using web-based applications. This technology-enabled solution allows the state to procure goods and services at the best value. 

 

 

Current project plans are to sunset ORPIN in early 2020. ORPIN’s historical information will remain available after the transition. We’ll provide more updates as the project planning is finalized.
