The Oregon Procurement Information Network (ORPIN) is being replaced on July 1, 2021 with OregonBuys. When the switch happens, suppliers must be registered in OregonBuys to continue doing business with the state. Existing accounts will not transfer over and suppliers are encouraged to register now in preparation for the change.
COBID certified suppliers must also register. Since OregonBuys is integrated with the state's COBID system - all you need to do is register and your account will automatically update to reflect your COBID certifications (so long as the same TaxID is used).
Which system should you use to see current procurement activity?
- Before July 1, 2021: Use ORPIN at https://orpin.oregon.gov
- After July 1, 2021: Use OregonBuys at https://OregonBuys.gov
